WHAT IS IT?
6 Day Program, Bodyweight Only. Formed into three sections. Each section is 15 minutes. You can do all four for a forty minute workout or pick select sections if you have limited time or are traveling.

WHAT LEVEL IS THIS PROGRAM?
This is a beginner to intermediate program designed for those who need a bodyweight only workout program and are not limited in their movement patterns.

Monday: Standing Strength Tuesday: Aerobic Capacity Wednesday: Ground Strength Thursday: Aerobic Capacity Friday: Flow Strength Saturday: Recovery Session
WHERE CAN THIS BE DONE?
This program can be done in an at home gym setting, outdoors or in a commercial gym.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and an invite to join the Truecoach platform, free to you the user. Within the app you will fill out all pertinent client information, fill out a waiver and request a start date for the program. Once the start state is set, the program will be assigned and day one will start your 5 week training program.
