50′ 1.5″ Battle Rope and exercise mat.
WHAT LEVEL IS THIS PROGRAM?
This is a beginner program designed for someone who has not used a Battle Rope before or is unsure of how to use a Battle Rope properly in a Strength and Conditioning program.

Monday: Battle Rope Double Rope #1 Tuesday: Battle Rope Single Rope #1 Wednesday: Recovery and Mobility Thursday: Battle Rope Double Rope #2 Friday: Battle Rope Single Rope #2 Saturday: Recovery and Movement
WHERE CAN THIS BE DONE?
This program can be done in an at home gym setting, outdoors or in a commercial gym.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and an invite to join the Truecoach platform, free to you the user. Within the app you will fill out all pertinent client information, fill out a waiver and request a start date for the program. Once the start state is set, the program will be assigned and day one will start your 5 week training program.
