WHAT IS IT?
9 Week Post Season or Pre Season Athlete Focused Strength and Conditioning Program to build Mobility, Athleticism, Power and Strength. Program is the continuation of Program A.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
TRX Suspension Trainer, two pairs of kettlebells (heavy and light), an exercise mat and a place to move.
WHAT LEVEL IS THIS PROGRAM?
This program is for youth and high school athletes who want to learn to move well and move strong in preparation for a coming athletic season.
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE?
Monday: MAPS Hip Dominate Tuesday: Core and Movement Wednesday: MAPS Knee Dominate Thursday: Core and Movement Friday: MAPS Upper Dominate
WHERE CAN THIS BE DONE?
Ideal location for this program is at home or in a school gym setting. Program can be done at a commercial gym as well.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THIS PROGRAM?
This program comes with all the intervals done for you via the application Seconds. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and an invite to join the Truecoach platform, free to you the user. Within the app you will fill out all pertinent client information, fill out a waiver and request a start date for the program. Once the start state is set, the program will be assigned and day one will start your 5 week training program.
