TRX Suspension Trainer, a pair of kettlebells, an exercise mat, and space to move.
WHAT LEVEL IS THIS PROGRAM?
This is an beginner to intermediate program designed for runners looking to build strength and mobility for the sport of long distance running. Program is designed around a running schedule that includes a long run on Saturdays.
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE?
Monday: Durability Hip Focus Level 1 Tuesday: Lunge and Rotate Wednesday: Hinge and Push Thursday: Squat and Pull Friday: Mobility and Movement Saturday: Long Run
WHERE CAN THIS BE DONE?
This program can be done in an at home gym setting, outdoors or in a commercial gym.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and an invite to join the Truecoach platform, free to you the user. Within the app you will fill out all pertinent client information, fill out a waiver and request a start date for the program. Once the start state is set, the program will be assigned and day one will start your 5 week training program.
