This is an beginner program designed for clients/athletes just getting started in a health and fitness journey.
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE?
Monday: Full Body Strength Squat, Pull, and Plank Tuesday: Core and Aerobic
Wednesday: Full Body Strength Hinge, Push, and Plank
Thursday: Core and Aerobic
Friday: Full Body Strength Lunge, Rotate, and Side Plank
WHERE CAN THIS BE DONE?
This program can be done in an at home gym setting, outdoors or in a commercial gym.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THIS PROGRAM?

In addition, you will have virtual access to Head Coach Jesse Grund for questions, form concerns and accountability follow ups.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PURCHASE IT?
Once you complete your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and an invite to join the Truecoach platform, free to you the user. Within the app you will fill out all pertinent client information, fill out a waiver and request a start date for the program. Once the start state is set, the program will be assigned and day one will start your 5 week training program.
